Please read the Terms and Conditions carefully before placing a pre-order.

With completion of the pre-order process, you acknowledge that you are bound by the Terms and Conditions.

This site is owned and operated by WDF - trading as World Duty Free & Biza Tax & Duty Free. WDF, a trading division of Autogrill Retail UK Ltd is a company registered in England (Company Number: 2872512), whose registered office is, as at the date of these Terms, at Autogrill Retail UK Ltd, 4 New Square, Bedfont Lakes, Middlesex, TW14 8HA. The VAT number is 974870960.


Pre-order service is available to all passengers travelling from Newcastle or Bristol Airport to any destination up to 24 hours prior to time of departure.

All orders shall be subject to acceptance by WDF. WDF will endeavour to fulfil all pre-orders, however WDF is entitled to decline to accept or reject any pre-order in whole or in part without assigning any reason and is entitled to non-delivery of any order in whole or in part due to product unavailability, low inventory levels, or for any other reason.

In case of an apparent misuse/abuse of our pre-order service, WDF reserves the right to exclude the user from the website.


Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Prices in effect at the time of pre-order checkout are the prices to be paid upon pick-up of ordered products.


The range offered on the pre-order site is subject to change without prior notice.

Product images do not necessarily show the actual size of the items.

WDF reserves the right from time to time, without liability or prior notice, to withdraw or cease to make available any or all products from the pre-order store, or to change its specifications of any product.

Alcoholic products will only be sold to passengers over the age of 18 subject to providing Proof of Age.

Duty Free products will only be sold to travellers with a valid boaring card.


Your pre-ordered products will be ready for collection at the Pick-up Point on the day of departure. Location details of the Pick-up Point will detailed on your confirmation email.

In case of change or cancellation of your flight, the pre-order will be available for pick up for 48 hours after the scheduled day of your departure.

Please note that due to customs regulations, we will not be able to home deliver pre-orders that have not been collected.


The payment transaction will take place in-store when the pre-ordered items are collected. A valid boarding card must be presented when collecting and paying for the goods WDF reserve the right to deny purchase of items which are not available for purchase for the destination stated on the boarding card.

Customers retain the right not to purchase any or all of the items that have been pre-ordered or replace them with any items picked up in-store.

Data Protection and Privacy

Any personal information you supply to us when you use this website will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

WDF reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
